Our Strategy:
1. Help  refugees, internationals, & Americans in need of English language skills
by providing opportunities for improved reading, writing, conversation, and
       adult life skills.

2. Help people express love for their neighbors through literacy.

3. Cooperate with schools and other community-based organizations in after-school programs, providing tutoring for adults and children.

4. Recruit and train literacy program directors, teachers, and workers.

5. Assist churches in establishing and maintaining literacy ministries.

6. Provide resources for those who are called to literacy ministries.

7. Receive and disperse private and public contributions and grant funds to literacy ministries.

HOPE is also the home of LAMP (Literacy And Mission Partners), a Tarrant County Adult Literacy Council sponsered by HOPE.
